Review content:
Dropped by Aaron's to get a few things the other day and when I went to pay for them their card reader wouldn't read my card. Granted, it's an old card (since replaced) and I've had problems getting the thing scanned before. Anyways, I had another guy helping me out when Aaron noticed the trouble with my card, at which point he basically interrupted his conversation with another customer to come over and ""help out."" Basically, he slapped some scotch tape on the back of my card and tried it a few times, still no luck. At that point he told me I'd have to ""pay an extra 3 bucks to cover the transaction cost"" of entering the card number manually. Yeah, I'm actually serious. I told him no dice and to run the card a few more times. The card worked a few swipes later, and I promptly left that shop never to return again. I'll give Aaron credit for having good taste in beer (Paulaner appears to be the beverage of choice there), but his customer service skills are unfortunately non-existent. Pros: Example: best croissants in town Cons: Attitude, poor customer service
