Alexa is not only a great therapist, very knowledgeable, intuitive, professional, but also a great person and for me that makes all the difference. She makes a genuine effort to find out not only what's going on with my body, but to understand something of what is going on in my life because, as she has shown me, the two are ALWAYS closely related. She is a kind and respectful person, very organized and at the same time very accommodating. Her e-newsletter is extremely informative and interesting. As a professional caregiver myself, I am grateful for Alexa because in working with me she reminds me of how important it is to care for and honor my own body.
