I have visited BabyEarth several times now and for the most part have had decent experiences. While I think the store carries great merchandise I think that particular employees could be more helpful and knowledgable. My last visit was a particularly bad experience. The employee that ""helped"" me (if you can call it help) was very rude, every time I asked her a question she did not had an answer or suggestion for me and on top of all that I could smell alcohol on her. I don't know if she was unhelpful because she was hungover or because is just really doesn't care that she holds a customer service job where she is supposed to help people (maybe a combination of both?). I think I will think twice before coming back or recommending it to friends/neighbors. I love supporting smaller local businesses but will take my business to big box chains that at least can hire knowledgable, helpful, staff that don't come to work smelling of booze.
