I have been using Dave's Ultimate Automotive at the Howard Lane location for about a year now. I've gone to other repair shops that did not even begin to know what customer service means. Needless to say, I did not use them a second time . At Dave's, my service advisor is Brad and he is great...I make sure I talk to him when I bring in my truck. All the managers and techs are excellent and I know that I will receive the best service and repair available. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and will also let me know which repairs I can safely wait on. I need to be able to trust that the repairs are done right the first time and if something does come up, I know Dave himself will make it right. I'm just glad I found these guys!
