A couple of weekends ago during a cold and rainy Saturday morning, my engine light came on. My regular shop did not answer the phone. I happened to see a copy of a Groupon special we had for Dave's Ultimate Automotive. I called and within two rings, Dwayne answered. He treated me as if I had been a long time loyal customer, although this was my very first time to call. Although his shop is closed on Saturdays, he not only answered the phone, but he made arrangements for a mechanic to see my van that morning. When I got to the shop, the mechanic was extremely friendly and efficient. He checked the van, determined I could keep driving. It was a huge relief to be able to determine that I could continue to drive the van during the weekend. I made an appointment to have the van fixed during the week. When I returned for the scheduled appointment, I found the staff to be very friendly, they called and explained what was wrong with my van, gave me time to think about options. The whole experience was excellent. I have to say that I am most impressed with the fact that Dwayne answered the phone when the shop was closed and made arrangements to have someone look at my van.
