Review content:
I consigned with Furniture Exchange in February, 2008. All of my furniture sold in March and I have not seen a penny yet. I have tried to contact the owner and her voice mails for both numbers that the employees gave me were full. I have stopped in several times to see the owner and was told she was not there. She owes me over $1,900.00.
I have contacted the Attorney General's office and encourage all other consignors who have not been paid do the same.
It appears that the business is now closed. The Attorney General's office said that at least 30 people have filed complaints regarding non-payment.
Pros: This was a wonderful business until the current owner bought it.
Cons: She does not pay her consignors. Her employees told me that she owes them money for their consignments.
