I’ve been a Honda customer for the past 5 years. Since the economy took a turn for the worst, I decided to cut corners and take a cheaper route on maintaining my Accord. The service I’ve been receiving at other repair and service shops has been “so, so”. I recently have had a couple of issues with my Accord. I decided to bring it in to get it checked out at your shop. Jake Green, Service Advisor, took care of my situation. Jake has been very helpful, professional, and made me feel as if I was as important as a customer who purchased a brand new Accord. I believe he is a great asset to your company. With customer service being so poor in many places, Jake went the extra mile in customer service. I’m writing you to say, you should be proud of having a wonderful employee like Jake Green. From now on, I will be allowing Honda to service my vehicles.
