I have been servicing my cars at Piazza Honda of Reading forever and I have no reason to go anywhere else. more

This is to recognize and thank your service staff, specifically Greg and Ron, along with your courtesy shuttle drivers, Don and Sandy, for helping my Dad, to resolve his 1992 Honda Accord's numerous problems during the last two months. Ultimately, his car's air conditioning system was repaired and the relay and transmission computer unit were replaced in the most economical way possible. Through it all, your service staff and shuttle drivers treated my Dad with professionalism, kindness and respect. more

I’ve been a Honda customer for the past 5 years. Since the economy took a turn for the worst, I decided to cut corners and take a cheaper route on maintaining my Accord. The service I’ve been receiving at other repair and service shops has been “so, so”. I recently have had a couple of issues with my Accord. I decided to bring it in to get it checked out at your shop. Jake Green, Service Advisor, took care of my situation. Jake has been very helpful, professional, and made me feel as if I was as important as a customer who purchased a brand new Accord. I believe he is a great asset to your company. With customer service being so poor in many places, Jake went the extra mile in customer service. I’m writing you to say, you should be proud of having a wonderful employee like Jake Green. From now on, I will be allowing Honda to service my vehicles. more

Jack Burke was excellent. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that I received. The sales manager, Gary McCloskey, was excellent as well. There are seven Honda dealerships in my area and Piazza Honda of Reading, was the only place that made everything so simple. This is my second purchase from Piazza and truly was the best purchasing experience I have ever had. more

GREAT EXPERIENCE HERE!! I BOUGHT A CIVIC AND GOT A GREAT DEAL! MY SALESPERSON JOSH WAS POLITE AND RESPECTFUL, HE LISTENED TO WHAT I COULD AFFORD AND DIDN'T PLAY ANY GAMES. THE ONLY THING I WISH I GOT WAS WHEEL LOCKS, BUT I CAN ALWAYS BUY THEM AS A ACCESSORY. LOVE MY CIVIC AND PIAZZA HONDA!! THANK YOU! more
