My move was from Harlem to Midtown West on a SUNDAY morning & it was FAN--TAB--U--LOUS!!
First, I sent Lady Susan an E-mail and she sent me a price quote (VERY REASONABLE), I called her like a mad woman (I was at work and busy) and I KNEWWW she was THE ONE for me (I usually have 5-12 different vendors to choose from, but NOT this time).
I hit the JACKPOT! And, I'm EVER SO--HAPPY!!
HONESTLY speaking, they came in like a WHIRLWIND & they were LITERALLY in & out (I had 18 boxes-- 4 LARGE Wardrobe boxes and 14 large boxes).
They did NOT try to "con" me into buying tape, covers, etc.--I've had my share of rip-off artists. The gentlemen who I refer to are my 3 Musketeers saving the Queen's treasure. They were ON TIME, VERY PROFESSIONAL, yet POLITE (with a smile) and STRONG as Oxen!!!
From my BEGINNING to END......I have had NO COMPLAINTS and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND their service to EVERYONE!
Obviously, there are people who REALLY think they are Divas & princes, etc. and you can't please everyone, but for MY MONEY, King Moving & Storage is THE ONE I will ALWAYS choose.
And, let me give a shout out to the Brotha "Scott" who works with the Lady Susan, he was VERY INSTRUMENTAL in my moving process.
