I first went in to order my wedding dress in october, was told it would be in jan 15 and they would call me. they never called, I called on jan 18th and the lady sounded annoyed, said it was probably just late and that I should wait at least a week after it should be in, and that I should wait untill they call me. Feb 8th I call them because I hadn't heard from them yet. (good thing my wedding is in july) they tell me to call back in a couple hours and it seems like its because they cant find my dress. a few hours later, its there so we set up an appt to have it fitted, and although the appt is in a week, I'm skeptical about the experience. Now granted, the entire time people have been very friendly and nice, so I was too, things get busy and it might have just been late.
So I try to order bridesmaid dresses through them. I found some online that i liked so i decided to call letts to ask prices to help me decide between the dresses. I called 3 times, each time they were busy, asked for my name, phone number, and what dresses I was interested in and said they'd call back. They never did. The last time I called about dresses (the fourth time) the lady was rude and kept telling me that "oh we dont usually give prices over the phone, you have to come in, but I can make an exception (funny no one else had a problem, yet again they never did call back). so I tell her the dresses, and she says she'll be right back. 35 minutes later of being on hold and hearing nothing from anyone I hang up and admit to my self yet again I've been forgotten.
Ya they have great prices but I dont think its worth all the B.S. you have to go through just to get customer service, I'll be getting my bridesmaids dresses through some else thank you.
