Meg's is a really fun place to eat or to get a drink. It's an Irish themed restaurant and bar, and the food is really good. My favorite is the corned beef appetizer things, they are great. All meals come with the ability to add on a cup of their good bean soup for 5 cents, what a bargain.
Happy hour is Monday through Friday 4-7 PM all drinks are one dollar off. Ladies night on Tuesdays with live music.
They also offer catering. It's a fun place but very crowded. Located in downtown Melbourne. The only thing we don't like is the lack of parking, and it's often just too crowded. On St. Patrick's Day they host a street party but very, very crowded.
I would like to see them hire older people more, the staff all seem to be young. Some of their servers forget about you, and sometimes it takes a while to get noticed so don' t be shy about flagging someone down.
