From the moment my husband and I walked into the Levitz store we were immediately turn off by the service we received. The salesmen were extremely sleazy and were only after the sale. The prices are great but above all the service is awful. We decided to give them a second chance and this time we were surprise that someone was willing to truly help us find exactly what we wanted. But once again they failed. We gave the salesmen our information and he was going to look around and help get us a few options but has yet to return any of our calls or send us the options and this was several weeks ago. We started looking around and there are so many other places out there that have much better deals and service. Costco Home is amazing and has everything you could need; you get more for your money here! I suggest looking around before giving your business to Levitz!
