I rent from them, and any time I need repairs, I have to call over and over again. Once I even had to write a formal business letter, stating that I knew my rights under Tenant's Law and would be taking appropriate steps. That worked, but it shouldn't have to be like that. Even when we first signed the lease, we had to call them multiple times to get the deal done! I mean for God's sake, "I want to give you money" and it was like pulling teeth!
