Amigo Family Counseling

This is awful. 10/21/2011

The man who runs this (Dr. Emilio Amigo) is a terrible man. He is nothing but a fraud. He is not out to help nor support children with Autism/Aspergers. All he wants is simply a stage for himself, and also just to rake in tons of cash from the "social groups" he operates (poorly, I might add). What he has done to my older brother who was involved in his program is unforgivable and my parents and I are trying to spread the word as much as we can to make sure that he never gains any more business, and possibly and hopefully, those of which who are still involved with this man and his social groups/counseling may see what we have to say about what this man did to my brother through blogs and reviews like this one, and then he'll LOSE his current business. Aspirations is another social group for teens on the spectrum (higher on the spectrum) here in Columbus that is put on by OSU and have meetings once a month. My brother also attends this, and it is wonderful. The man who runs it takes the time to interview each individual teen who is interested in joining, and makes sure that he/she is higher on the spectrum so that the other teens in the group are able to interact and socialize with him/her on their same level. Also, Aspirations differs from Amigo in the positive way that they actually go o more
