I am truely astonished about the personal care that Chicago Personal Trainer had from Day #1. She asked me why and what my goals were. She took the approach that a friend would, but acted upon what my goals were and curtailed it to be FUN, instead of a boring workout!!!!
I am the BEST SHAPE of MY LIFE!!!!! Thanks to Chicago Personal Trainer for making me realize my goals were attainable!!!
