Have you ever had the overwhelming urge to bake a cake in the shape of a duck? Me neither, but if I did I'm sure I could find everything I needed at New York Cake Supplies. The store is big, crowded, and gives the impression of being cluttered, but they have tools for baking things I didn't even know existed. My friend went here when she needed pans to bake a cake in the shape of a doll's skirt (you know, with the 1/2 a Barbie stuck in the top?), and I came here when I couldn't find little cellophane bags anywhere else. Martha Stuart doesn't work here, so you'll have to go to the counter to get attention or help from the staff, but we're not working with Easy Bake here people, this store is for serious baking.
