Your company recently completed roofing our home and I wanted to take the time to express to you our sincere appreciation for an outstanding job.
Even though your salesman, West, did not provide the lowest estimate, he did come down a little that we were able to justify contracting with your company to do the job. My wife was most impressed with the marketing, the explanation of accountability, the employees having part ownership and the 10-year warranty.
The work crew, headed by Mr. Javier Herrera, was polite, worked very efficiently and thoroughly cleaned up the area. Mr. Herrera answered all of my questions and is a credit to your company. Many of our neighbors were quite impressed with the workmanship and the short time it took to complete the job.
We were very pleased that your company did exactly what the contract said it would do, which is the way it should be but unfortunately, in today's world, isn't the norm.
We will gladly recommend Tadlock Roofing to all of our friends. Thank you for a job well done.
