Terrible experience. They do not return phone calls, take accurate notes on orders and they generally do not care about the customer. Each time I was told I would receive a call back I did not and then had to call back myself. I had to give them my correct phone number over 4 times before they actually started remembering it. I let them know about a change in my babies due date and it was never noted on the paperwork. They lied about the manufacturer holding up the order.
