Terrible Experience 10/20/2010

Terrible experience. They do not return phone calls, take accurate notes on orders and they generally do not care about the customer. Each time I was told I would receive a call back I did not and then had to call back myself. I had to give them my correct phone number over 4 times before they actually started remembering it. I let them know about a change in my babies due date and it was never noted on the paperwork. They lied about the manufacturer holding up the order. more

Terrible customer service. They do not return phone calls and they lie to customers on the phone. I would recommend going to somewhere else to buy your baby furniture, unless you don't mind waiting over 4 months for it to come in, being lied to and generally frustrated with the lack of customer service. more

Nice baby and teen furniture 9/22/2005

Closic's is the classic place in Delaware to buy baby and teen furniture. They really fill this niche market well. They have a wide selection of baby furniture from cribs to rockers. The kids and teen furniture is very nice and a good selection. Prices are reasonable. It is a family owned business so the service and follow-up are great. They offer delivery. more
