this was my 1st time as team mom. this location gave me a great quote on shirts.... and in a timely mannor.. ..:( to start with, the total i got turned out to be over $200 more than i was quoted, then they were a week over deadline because i wasn't told about paying 40% of invoice to get them at the requested date, then i came back (my bad) and ordered 13 more hoodies and didn't get them ontime again after calling several times to reach someone and instead of ordering the hoodies she ordered shirts and extended the eta another 10 days which made it after the last game of the season ,, ,,, way more high blood preasure,,,,, so i ended up calling Graphic Service Inc in fort smith..... i should have dealt with them this whole time, he gave me the same price and delivered exactly what i wanted with in 2 days of my order... now i know where i will go for all my printing needs
