This is the location where the cafe in the TV show "Fraiser" was modeled after.
Elliott Bay Books only rivals Powells Books (in Portland) as far as size and volume of books they cary. The place is huge and I can't imagine they wouldn't have any book you were looking for. The stacks reach from the floor to ceiling and there are many rooms of books to look through.
Down the stairs and below the main floor is a nice little grotto-like Cafe where one can sit back, read a book and drink wonderful coffee while just lazing the day away.
A must see for locals and tourists alike.
