I saw the negative reviews and figured I had to write something about the new owners who took over the store in mind June 2010. They are doing a great job! Customer service is much improved. The staff is helpful and even the owners are out in the store asking for feedback from customers. The prices are really competitive as well. And I cannot think of a store in the area with that much selection.
Let's all do our best to give the new owners the benefit of the doubt! We simply cannot hold them responsible for what the previous people did wrong!
