One of my favorite spots in Seattle to hang out at is the happy hour at Campagne. The late night happy hour is from 10 to 12AM and is rarely crowded. Small plats are available and include decadent items such as pate and french fries cooked in duck fat. Customer service is unobtrusive and the atmosphere can almost make you feel like you are no longer in Seattle. Campagne is also open for dinner and lunch and has a sister restaurant underneath that serves a mean French brunch as well as a slightly less expensive rendition of dinner and lunch.
