East Coast Grill in Cambridge offers up a perfect brunch for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. A raw bar is available for the brunch as is a make your own bloody mary bar. The cornbread crusted french toast tastes better than almost anything I have ever eaten. Dinner focuses heavily on shellfish, though there is a barbecue section on the menu. Service here is efficient and friendly. Brunch costs around twelve dollars a person while dinner is double that amount.
