Very professional the criticism I have is that after the front brakes and rotors were replaced and the tires rotated it would have been nice to have the wheels cleaned both inside and out before mounting They were smudged with dirt and grim. Usually a courtesy car wash is offered, but was not this visit. It's a nice touch.
