Poor customer service 2/5/2015

I went in to get my car serviced for 25000 miles and was told that I had a small hole in my tire. The service advisor told me that I would need a new tire and gave me the price. I told him that I couldn't afford that right now so he said, condescendingly, that he wouldn't plug the tire since I wasn't purchasing a new tire. Not that it wasn't reparable but that he wouldn't repair it. Thank God for Discount Tire down the street because they did repair it and they did it for free because they were sorry for the bad service I'd received at Ray Skillman Hyundai Southside. Brian Carpenter in your service department could learn a thing or two about customer service from them. more
