Placed a pickup order on GrubHub, only to receive a phone call (on my way to get the food) from GH customer service that the restaurant never picked up to confirm my order. With limited time, I just cut my losses and went elsewhere. I am not sure what happened, because it was during normal business hours. I also called myself, but no answer. I had high hopes, but after this negligence, I'm not interested in returning. Grubhub gave me a $5 credit for the trouble, but Le Cafe never contacted me or cared to address the fact that I was ever inconvenienced.
