Waterloo Transmission did a very good job. We took our 2001 Volkswagen in. They did an engine diagnostic. It was pretty cheap. We had the same thing happen to us again and brought it back in. They didn't charge us.
The problem was the transmission. They told us what it was and how much it would cost. We made a payment plan where it was half down now and they would fix it up and they did. We finished the payment a little while later. The car works fine now.
Andy helped us. He was a real nice guy and knew what he was doing. He fixed the transmission and told us that our steering hose was leaking. They couldn't provide us with the service to fix it, so they told us to go elsewhere. If they were able to do it, I surely would have let them.
