Our experience with Sembro was just fine. We needed to remodel our kitchen in order to make extra space. Alex came in to measure the work area. He made recommendations for us once he understood our objective to expand space in our kitchen without clutter. He walked us through the process and helped us to make the right choices for new counter tops, flooring, and cabinets. Based on his suggestions, we came up with a design. He then built a 3-D model and sent it over to us to review it. We had a few conversations back and forth to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. When everything was finalized, we set the date and selected the granite, flooring, and hardware. They promised us the project would be completed in a two week time frame, and they stuck to that. They accommodated us and made sure we had access to our kitchen appliances while the project was in progress. It was a pleasant experience.
