Dr Aguilar is the worst doctor I've ever seen 7/17/2013

Dr. Aguilar, the younger, was incredibly unhelpful after a 2 hour+ wait. Though I sought help in reducing the benzos I was previously prescribed, once I described at length the severe pain in my jaw, he offered no relief, suggesting only xrays (resonable if I could afford them now; but how about the pain, doc?), and ""maybe it'll go away."" Same thing the previous doctor said. In addition, this young man (younger than myself) displays astonishing ego by offering a lecture on how to conduct myself in public. The man is a worthless doctor and despicable character. Wouldn't trust the rest of them either if he's employed there. He's pompous and will treat you like a drug seeker for mentioning you're in pain. What a little arrogant creep! Any other place this punk would have been on the ground! Steer clear of this debacle staffed by unproffessional, self-important jerks. Very angry, still in pain, and lighter $120!!!!\r \r Today I went back to this awful place because there is a med that I need refilled. All the staff here is now awful, especially the doctors and assistants, now, whereas the clerical staff seemed to be the problem before. Dr. Guzman does not deserve to be called a doctor. I suffer from anxiety. They have new protocol to get urinalysis for the benzo I still take. I wasn't informed and couldn't pee. From there it wasn't long until I had half the staff in front of me insisting I had somehow not given them the respect they deserved when in fact I am routinely disrespected, dismissed, and condescended to. It became clear that they wanted rid of me as they kept threatening to ""expel me from the clinic"" as though it was excommunication to a Catholic. All this because, I believe, (aside from everyone in the place having a giant chip on their shoulders) they had already erroneously assumed that I had refused to give urine when in fact I just couldn't yet pee. After much confrontation where I had the whole staff ganging up on me and refusing to let me speak, I was allowed to drink and give the sample. They I got to wait some more for Guzman, who had stood by and let me be badgered by other doctors. By this time he was going to hear some criticism. In a completely conversational tone I explained to him how very unethical it was to the core for doctors to behave this way, especially to a patient with anxiety problems with psychosis in his past because they knew they had my meds hostage. Well, that was it. He wasn't going to hear any criticism. They had decided I was unruly and had to go. I've been told the first rule of medicine was do no harm. This is a joke at this facility. STAY AWAY. They care nothing for their patients, who wait for hours and don't get listened to. CHARLATANS, more
