Docs here perform procedures on animals left in their care without asking the owner first. Left pet for one procedure and return to find they had decided to run a battery of full body and blood tests without asking me first which resulted in a bill that was nearly *double* their verbal estimate. And a week later they decide it is time to put my pet down anyway. Bad, bad business practices. Shady. I'm never bringing any of my animals back to this place.\r

The only reason this place gets a 2nd Star is because the front desk and support staff is really friendly.
