I have just purchased my 3rd Acura MDX from Crown Acura in Clearwater. My Acura is the greatest car I have ever owned. Crown's service department has a superior staff to help with everything. My service rep is John Shaw. He has worked for Acura for a very long time - 20 yrs+ ? - He knows everything about Acrua's, is someone you can trust always, and is someone who goes beyond to make sure your service is complete and satisfactory. John takes care of his customers. And you know what else - he's a really great guy!
