We ordered the catfish and ground sirloin. My husband felt the ground sirloin was average-filling but a little on the bland side. The catfish however, was unique and full of flavor. The bone was left in the catfish as it was grilled over an open flame. It had a wonderful crispness on the outside and flaky on the inside.
