This was my first time using TJB Services LLC. The man who came to clean the carpet was a very pleasant young man. He was thorough and so he was here for two hours because my carpet was quite dirty before. He took his time to make sure he did a good job and I was very impressed with that. A few days later he called back to ask if I was still satisfied because he would come back if I wasn't. I was satisfied and I thought it was great that he followed up with me.
