Unfortunately I cannot give Cadiz a great review after my recent visit. I've visited this spa twice in the past and had no problems. Well last Friday was completely different. Not to go into too many details, I will just say that my visit started off shakey when I walked in and continued downhill from there. My technician wasn't prepared for my arrival, she acted as if she didn't know I was coming, she left the room several times to grab different items she forgot and when I inquired about adding an additional treatment, she quoted me different base price than what I was quoted when I made the initial appt. I told her everything was fine regarding cost but she continued to bring it up times afterward. All of this went on while I attempted to relax for my facia! When she actually started my facial she rushed through the entire service and also decided (somewhere during all this) that I needed to listen to relaxing music.So she played with a radio while I lied there on the table. The whole thing left me annoyed and disappointed espeically since it was my day off and I wanted to treat myself. Needless to say Cadiz will never see me again.
