We have had our front and back security doors for almost 7 years now. I feel very safe in our home with these doors, and have never had any quality issues with them at all. Our neighbors admire them, and what was really nice is all the custom styles that they offer. The doors are worth every penny you spend on these, so choose wisely because they will last and last!\r

We've had to call Secure-All twice in these 7 years for service calls, that had nothing to do with the quality of the doors. They are fantastic! The first service visit, we had to replace the knob with a lever due to a kitchen remodel. The visit was scheduled quickly, and the serviceman was on time, and even called us when he was on the way. Was knowledgeable about the product and very courteous. The second visit was for a lock that we thought was damaged, but it ended up just needing a good cleaning. Ken was actually early and called ahead of time, as well as was friendly, and he did not try to oversell when we inquired if we needed a new knob altogether.\r

I would highly recommend Secure-All to any of our friends, neighbors or anyone actually. They are a great company, offer fantastic customer service, and provide a quality product. A rarity in today's market!
