We bought our dryer from Dick Van Dyke's last Fall when our old one went out. This was the last stop looking for something high-end without the price of something high-end. Russ at the Bloomington store understood our needs and exceeded our expectations in service. We walked out feeling like we had paid a very reasonable price for the exact appliance we were looking for. So when we were ready to replace the washer 6 months later, we didn't even look anywhere else! Again, same excellent service with Russ and again, a very good price on a great washer! I say again: we will never go anywhere else for our appliance needs!
