Had DVD out to the house to look at a dishwasher. They indicated a bad part and ordered the part. DVD returned a week or so later to install the part but then claimed that the new part was bad and must re-order. I called DVD that afternoon and canceled the job and replaced the dishwasher myself. Tired of waiting. DVD sent a bill 30 days later. Called for explanation and was told that bill was for the bad part installed by DVD and we must pay for it. Asked to speak with supervisor and received voice mail. Call as returned next day and DVD left voice mail. Returned call and was sent to supervisor voice mail again. DVD did not call back. Called again in a week. Was told to pay for bad part or will be sent to collections. Really? Professional? Did DVD even put a part on dishwasher? How would you ever know. Did not work when they came, did not work when they left. That will be $492.84 please. Really?
