If you haven't heard about Chong already then you are hearing it now. Chong is the best!! You can't beat the prices over there. She is awesome at color, highlights, cuts....I am very picky about my hair and used to spend a lot of money at an upscale salon with stylists that couldn't care less about their clientele. For the works, cut, color, highlights, wash and style for medium length hair....$120. For root touch up, color, cut style...about $90....Chong is THE BEST!!!!
