I made the mistake in buying a carpet they told me they had instock and can be put in right away. I wanted to pay them the full amount but they insisted I wait. They laid the carpet upstairs and downstairs in my basement. I could not get the smell out of the carpet they laid. Every time I vacuumed white flakes came through I had to remove the carpet in the basement because it was glued down and my jaw swelled from the fumes. The Carpet on the steps and on the 2nd floor was pulled up to find the backing was falling off and the backing was dry rotted.\r
I had called them several times and when they called me about payment I again told them how unhappy I was . To make a long story short they took me to court for the balance> I am not happy but I am going to pay them. I suggest going somewhere else. I dont know who wrote the review but only one person owns it and he is nasty. It is cheaper to get a handiman and have laminated floors put in which are cheaper in the long run.\r
