Overall my experience was very good, although I did not like getting referred to 3 different attornies and not even being informed of it, I would call in and all of a sudden I would be talking to a different lawyer. Also some improvement could be done on the amount of time for a callback, sometimes it is an emergency and we need information on how to proceed with an employer and we have to wait 3 days or sometimes a week to get a call back. Also it would be nice if the attorney took notes as to the last conversation so he doesn't appear to know nothing about what is going on. Otherwise all in all, not bad.
