I can't relate to the low ratings previously entered. I am a new patient and called to set up an appointment with a specific neurosurgeon. He was booking about three weeks out, but the staff said that they would notify me if something earlier opened up. They called several days later to inform me that they had a cancellation that following Monday. I took it. The staff was great and the doctor very good with a conservative approach. It is hard for me to believe that this is the same place that got the low ratings. Perhaps they changed their processes.
