Each Dr. has numerous assistants that are impossible to reach by phone. AND NOW i can say they are impossible to talk to EVEN WHEN SHOWING UP IN PERSON because no Western Neurosurgery employees return calls! UGH! They are now putting me off for 2 consecutive weeks!\r
Thinking they have been hit with the economic recession, like the rest of most Tucsonans, and must have had lay-offs. But after my 9th urgent message to Dr.'s people, and my 3rd non return call to their office ""Manager"", I got an idea....\r
my idea was to call the main #, push the number ""0"" and explain I was with the florist and that I was in urgent need of speaking to Cindy, as I had 1 of our new drivers accidently send out a ""Large Congratulatory Bouquet of Happiness, Love Cindy"" to the Church for this afternoon / evening's Wake and Funeral Service.... \r
WELL, INSIDE OF 15 SECONDS, CINDY ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY!!!\r
After verifying she was the right one that was attached to MY DR., ..... I told her who I was, what I needed from Western Neurosurgery, what stress and aggravation Western Neurosurgery has caused me, and I told her that I have filed a grievance with the State Att'y General (which i planned to do, but had not yet done) and the State Medical Board (dont even know if i could) and I need her attention NOW.....\r
I got what I needed and have since found UPH Neurologists / Neurosurgery Dr. Bruce Coull TO BE EVERYTHING a patient needs!
