The reason I made an appointment with Tips 2 Toes is because my nail technician left a previous salon I visited for over a year, and is also close to my house. When I arrived at Tips 2 toes the place was packed and there was no place for visitors to wait. The lady at the reception counter was the employee doing my nails. She sat me down and left for 10 min. When she came back, she filed my nails and left again for another 10 min. She was trying to help people at the door and also people who needed pedicures. It is poorly managed! She was also talking on her cell phone which made me feel even more neglected as a client. She didnt take her time to make sure my nails would look even and smooth and my Gel- fill in was $35.00. I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and management.
