Val Ramos Plumbing has been doing jobs for my family for a long time. Last week when my water heater broke I called them first thing in the morning and they sent someone withing 2 hours. The man who came to fix it was friendly and fixed the problem really fast. I don't know about the other bad review but we've always called Val Ramos and been extremely happy with them.
