Well so far my expeirence with them has not been the greatest either. Everyone in my complex has a complaint about how they hound you for rent money which they do. So far i wont like i owe 45 dollars towards my rent in which i tried to give them. but they wanted me to turn it in with the late fee which is 55 dollars plus they served me with a 45 dollar put a note on your door fee lol. so now they are threatening me with an eviction if i dont pay the full amount.(mind you i have the rest of my rent money.)
