This was my second time using this location. First time was not a good experience, but I thought surely, it would not happen again. Wrong. Spend your money at another location! Ordered new glasses, the wrong frame was ordered. Correct frames reordered, then late due to damage at lab. Was not informed in a timely manner that damage had occurred. Employee refunded money instead of charging my account, had to make special trip to add charges to my account. Manager/Doctor wanted me to give financial information over phone, at this point; I have no faith in their ability. Manager/Doctor was rude. Just a disaster. I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY HERE AGAIN.
