I brought my 11 month old Havanese puppy, that I just took ownership of. She was completely matted, and in poor shape. I knew she needed to be shaved, and I was expecting a very scrawny looking puppy! I was told they would take their time, and do what they could with her face and tail. My main concern was that she was comfortable and free of all that knotted hair. When I picked her up, she looked great. He kept as much length as he could, so I she's not shaved to the skin. She smells great, was very happy, and looks so cute. She still has the Havanese cut around her face. The cost was reasonable, and they checked her vaccines. I was also given a same day appointment because of the severity of her matting. I will absolutely continue to use them.
