I went to the North Raleigh facility--I realize that they serve a purpose, being open when your vet is closed OR being there for those who do not have a regular vet--and I do see the need for a slight increase in prices--NOTE I said slight--not outrageous. I also do not expect to be presented with an either or itemized bill even before I know what is wrong with my animal. Once I agree to a certain amount of care, I expect the proper care NOT mis prescribed meds that almost killed my cat. I will NEVER go there again, $500 for them and another $400 with my vet and 3 days intensive care to SAVE my cat!!
