Every time I go to Tapioca Express, which recently changed it's name to Cafe 118, but has the same people and management., I feel like I'm coming home. The owner and staff are extra sweet and they'll make me anything I want if they have the ingredients, you just have to ask!
Isa, the owner, always asks if I want to try things, sample new snack foods and make my own mixes. It's great ;D
I go there at least once a week for dinner and drinks, my usual order is Chinese Curry with vegetables and soy sauce egg and a Coffee Milk Tea with flan pudding in it. So much variety, and I don't think I've ever had anything there that wasn't good!
The only drawback is that it gets noisy, so it's not the best for quiet study time.
